This elaborate two sided pendant feels royal and special.  The quartz enclosed 24k gold heart, crown and leaves are embellished with a tiny ruby.  On the back there is a gold radiating heart. 

This piece is crafted with oxidized sterling silver, 24k gold and a ruby on an adjustable 18" oxidized sterling silver chain.
